Empowerment & Vulnerability | spring 2020

Join us for a 3.5 hour workshop exploring the concept of vulnerability, it’s misconceptions and why it is necessary to a flourishing life.

Learn about your True Self and what it means to express it.  Vulnerability is a necessary piece of a flourishing life, yet many struggle to speak their truth.  How do we begin to live what we truly desire?  Explore how you can be both vulnerable and the embodiment of strength at the same time.


Movement – Body

Through this yoga practice, Instructor Marca Hughes investigates concepts of vulnerability.  Dynamic poses, mindful breathing and appreciation of where you are physically are achieved in this session.

(No prior yoga experience required.)

Conscious Living coach Tia Fagan will explore the concept of vulnerability and why it is necessary to a flourishing life.  Following the footsteps of inspiring mentors like Brene Brown, learn about your True Self and what it means to express it.  With guidance and caring instruction you will have the opportunity to learn more about vulnerability and living the embodiment of strength.  Leave with the knowledge of how to find your Self and the ability to express that Truth.

Creativity – Spirit

Instructor Angele Mlsna will help you express your creative side with a simple yet powerful project. The art you create  will be a daily reminder of the strength and surrender in our everyday life.

(No artistic abilities required.  Projects may vary with each session.)
