October 12, 2019
- Have you passed by yoga studios because you’re worried: “I’m not flexible enough.” or “I have no idea what the poses are.”
- Are intrigued by the idea of “mindfulness” but don’t know where to start?
- When was the last time you had an opportunity to unlock the creative part of your brain?
In this class you will learn why self-care is NOT selfish but rather a necessary part of a flourishing life. After leaving here you will have the confidence and personal permission to set off on your next journey of personal wellness. Get ready to relax, recharge, and renew your body, mind, and spirit.
Movement – Body
Instructor Marca Hughes begins this workshop by teaching the basic concepts of yoga. Simple poses, mindful breathing and recognizing where you are physically are the goals of this introduction. You will leave with the confidence to step into any yoga studio and participate in this rejuvenating movement practice.

Wisdom – Mind
Conscious Living coach Tia Fagan will explore why self-care is crucial to a balanced life. With her eye-opening and supportive instruction, you will be given practical tools for growth. Uncover what self-care looks like for you.
You will go home from this class ready to establish simple, healthy rituals into your busy days!
