What if your child could thrive, not just survive the tumultuous years of middle school? This class teaches tweens and young teens tools to navigate various situations they’ll face in these particularly difficult years.



Some topics explored:

  • Friendships
  • Homework and Time Management
  • Screen Time and Cell Phones
  • Balancing Activities
  • Goal/Intention Setting

Wisdom – Mind

Lead by Conscious Parenting coach and educator, Tia Fagan, your child will learn about personal skills such as healthy communication, conflict resolution and mindfulness. Help your Middle Schooler develop the tools needed for a flourishing school life.

Creativity – Spirit

Instructor Angele Mlsna will support the class explorations with an expressive art project.  Your child will come home with a tangible reminder of the tools they have developed.
